I’m a computational biologist with a background in cell biology and biochemistry.
Previously, my research focused on how extracellular matrices influence cell behavior - specifically how hyaluronan and its binding partners regulate cardiac fibroblast activation, fibrosis, and inflammatory responses following cardiac ischemia and during the progression of atherosclerosis.
Currently, I work at Tempus AI, where I develop and implement multi-omic data analysis and visualization pipelines to support translational research and target discovery, leveraging Tempus’ patient-derived organoid screening platform.
