I’m a computational biologist with a background in cell biology and biochemistry, specializing in single-cell genomics.
My previous work focused on understanding how extracellular matrices influence cell behavior, particularly how hyaluronan and its binding partners regulate cardiac fibroblast activation, fibrosis, and inflammatory cell responses following cardiac ischemia and during the progression of atherosclerosis.
Currently, I work at Tempus AI, where I develop and implement AI-enabled single-cell multi-omics analysis pipelines to support translational cancer research.
